Do you really mean that you are nesting to 80 deep???!!!! :-0

            calls func5
               calls func6
                  calls func7

                  etc, etc
                  :
                                    calls func80

If that's the case, then you probably need a serious review of your software design - the stack overflow is a symptom, not the cause of your problem!!

Or do you just mean you have 80 functions with some nesting?
