You also need to add the following:
1. connect two 33pF capacitors between gnd and each side of crystal.
2. Add a decoupling capacitors (0.1uF) between vcc and gnd pins of each ic on the board, make the capacitor closer to the gnd pin if possible.
3. Add a flyback diode across coil of each relay.
4. Add decoupling capacitors 0.1uF and 10uF(one to suppress hi freq noise and the other to supress low frequency noise) on both inputs and outputs of DC/DC converter.
5. I can't see any circuit for the contrast of the LCD.
