Nearly all in Pune, Bangalore and Bombay(India) can make a PCB from a post script file of the artwork, some in Bangalore can make from Gerber file. My artwork vendor converts Gerber to postscript for Pune PCB vendors. Quality top class, I can send you a list. But I don't know about the courier charges to Eygpt.
