I have to add this:

Depending on the maximum PWM value, you might need to let the time giving PCA Channel (0) use asymmetric Load values: for exp 400 / 100 (for 20kHz)

PCA Channels 1..4 will all switch High at the same time and low depending on their PWM.

I had to hand optimize the interrupt routine with inline assembly.
