Don't think that this tutorial will reduce the amount of this questions. It's by nature that a newbie asks basic questions (over and over again). This means that the 8051 still encourage most people to start using controllers. This is a good thing for most developers. There is no way you can become a senior if there are no new juniors! Keep that in mind.
