I agree with Erik. But it certainly doesn't hurt to ask! The problem is getting any kind of technical support if you don't already have a registered product. It's a chicken-egg thing: you won't buy their product until you've evaluaged their tech support, they won't give you tech support until you've purchased their product. Dennis |
