Hi Kai,
I do have a free wheeling diode wired across my motor. But I don’t have a snubber circuit, but I do have a 10nF capacitor wired across the motor. The MOSFET I’m using is a BDV65B and just a simple transistor to drive that. The reason I think 5KHz PWM is to low is because the noises that the motor is making when I try it. I will be using 11Khz PWM. I’ll try the things you said, thank you for all your help. JZL |
