And you have something to do against it! Really! True, but getting the "proper" RF grade connection is not done with clip on leads. Sometimes people are very simple minded. They use a high speed microcontroller and think they can succeed with a bread board design, adding only ONE power supply decoupling capacitor for 'cosmetic' purpose.... That's true, I have seen no end of student projects where the circuit failed to work on the stupid plug in breadboards. My project was laughed at by all the rest of my group in my last year - but it worked, because it was soldered together and many of theirs didn't - it was the only time I ever used a Zilog processor.
