yesterday i upgraded two of my PCs to Pentium4 1.7G and upto the mark peripherals, somebody here suggested that some cards are available which can convert my PC to a shopisticated oscilloscope. the cost will much lesser than standalone scope of same level. is that really true?

currently i'm having a 60 MHz analog dual trace CRO.
