Maybe they were getting confused with the DS1820/DS1820S - these are obsolete, and are replaced by the DS18S20: http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/3021 BTW: I have had devices marked DS1820 which, Maxim assured me, really were DS18S20! |
