Hello.

I am totally new to 8051, and microprocessor programming in general. I am working with the ADUC 832 which has a 8051 processor core. I am using ASM51 as my assembler.

1. Can anyone reccomend a resource that explains DSEG, CSEG, XSEG and how they work?

2. For the ADUC 832, What is the difference between internal external memory and external external memory? How does one address one and not the other? Is MOVX used for both of them?
