You should read the tutorials (see button at left) on this web site. You can also go to the web site http://www.keil.com and download either the manuals for their assembler and/or the free evaluation version of their assembler for 8051. The directives you quiery about are described nicely in the Keil manuals. Next there is the 8051 "bible" book in the links section of this web site (see button at left) that provides a very good overall view of how 8051'a are built and operate inside. Finally once you have plowed through all that material you should read the data sheet for the ADuC832. With the background basis I recommended you can read the data sheet and gain maximum benefit from the experience.
