#54788 - presetable binary counter |
I am new to using microcontrolers but enthusiastic to learn , I have taken on a winter project for my ham radio hobby , a conversion of a CB radio to 10 meter ham , this is where my question comes ,the radio's PLL circuit is programed through a 8 bit binary input, would a microprocessor be better suited to the job rather than a bank of 74193 binary counters? , what I would ultimatly like is to have a front frequency display interpret the binary programing and show the frequency coresponding to the output of the counter |
