I have seen such a problem with other software under XP
you can't load the driver without being an administrator. Follow this sequence : >>Start up Computer Management console. >>Device Manager >>show hidden devices watch for NonPlug&Play Drivers look for your driver . now do this : >>driver >>properties >>driver startup Set the startup to boot.And Reboot the system. If you still cant load the driver ,give it a couple of reboots . hope this helps. PS: I dont like using XP etc it is a headache , use 98 or 95 if you dont want to waste time . |
