#55157 - RE: Eletroluminiscent Backlight of LCD
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hi Asok,

"Lampex model LM16101 REV.A "

As per the data sheet, Pin nos 15&16 are for A&K of Backlight LED. And when connected to 5V will draw a typical current of 60mA. And if you are not comfortable with this level of current, then you can add your external dropping resistor to 5V and connect to the pins marked A & K.

And if you are not comfortable with the whole of the above, build the circuit given by Michael - and dont forget to ask Lampex as to where to feed the 160V output.

Still not clear ? Send mail to sales@lampex.com Guys respond well.

Hope that helps.

Raghu
