If you need absolute accuracy, you may nned to look for an external clock source. Locally (Belgium), we can use the DCF77 date & time signal from a transmitter in Germany, but as the range is only 1500 km, it won't reach down to Pakistan! (There *is* a Japanese & US equivalent, but the range, again...).

Has anyone here worked with time-keeping via the GPS satellites? This would be an interesting thread.
