I'm trying to make a remote control through the UART of 2051. The remote control is using IR. How to make the above receiver work? It seems that the receiver need this pulses:

Inverted UART output:

The IR transmitter output:
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
____| |_| |_| |_| |_____________| |_| |_| |_| |_

Does anyone know the frequency of the receiver?(especially the one on the left)What is the parts no./name of the above?(I want to find datasheets)
