Well, I posted the question on the "Contact" form provided on the website.
When I received the notification that the enquiry had been logged by the system, I tried to use the tracking link provided - it didn't work. When I eventually got it to work, I saw that there is still a question I posted over a year ago marked as "New" - ie, nobody has even looked at it yet. So I'm not holding my breath! :-( |
