I would never omit them. You can't call an RC network "overkill" .


Steve ,I was not talking about that RC network at the Relay O/P contacts I never omit that ,but I was commenting on "Snubber circuit sitting directly at motor is often called 'motor filter'. " May be this is some thing that we can buy from www.littlefuse.com I am not sure .
