You have to explain your problem better than that.
First you need to know the format of the incomming BCD data ( how many digits, protocol etc..). Then you need to bit bang it to convert it to parallel data, then you need to convert it from BCD into row binary, then store it as is or process it then store it depending on your application.
If this was the case which part are you asking about?
