Well, I've had fairly good luck so far, and the tutorials here are great, but either I've overlooked it, or its not there. I don't want ce per se, I want to learn HOW to implement look up tables. A pointer to a couple tutorals or references would be nice -- the only book I've got on hand is I. Scott MacKenzie's book, and it seems to be less-than-useful for some topics.
