#56930 - RE: ISO 7816 again
Responding to: ???'s previous message
hello markus..

further to ur queries...

according to standards..the chip on card has TTL interface, it doest support rs-232 interface..

so u dont need serial port for interface with micro

u require just..

1- vcc
2- gnd
3- rst
4- clk
5- data.

assign this port pins to clk, data, and rst..
generate the clock signal through pin by making it high and low..

send/recieve the data on data pin of micro..
i.e u have to send byte on one line, bit by bit..and same way collect it on that pin..

u cant change the baudrate of ATR...it mostly depends
on clock u provide to smartcard chip..

if baudrate is not matched,u will messup with collecting data from smartcard..i.e garbage values..

i hope this will solve ur problem..

regards,

santosh
