Thanks, but I do check both bits and ensure they are both clear. If I step through my code I can see an individual bit get set but the code never jumps to the interupt vector of T2. All other interupt work fine even the serial port which has SPIF, TI and RI ored.

I can only believe it's a qwirk with my ICE.
