It all depends upon the settings of the flags at the time of the RETI instruction. If the ET0 AND the TF0 are set at RETI finishing time then the Interrupt will happen again. Now if inside the ISR you realized that you wanted to prevent the interrupt from occurring again before you execute the RETI just make sure that the ETO is cleared OR the TF0 is cleared.
