but i have initialised LCD with the command

writecommand #28h ->LCD

#20h initialized LCD
#08h tell LCD working in 4 bit

I do it as "8052_COM - Tutorial Driving LCD 4-bit Mode - Introduction to LCD Programming 2" guiding

now you show me writecommand #20h, #0fh i do not know what command correct but i will try what you suggest
