#57762 - 8051 with 1MB flash memory |
Hi
The Mediatek 1369 video processor appears to have an 8032 core with 1MB flash memory capability for program/data code. Are there any other 8051 type derivatives that have greater than 64K ram or 64K rom as I was under the impression the Program counter DPTR etc etc are 16 bits.If there are such processors with greater than 64k for ram/rom how do they get past this limit. Sorry I'm a bit behind the times.I haven't looked at MCS51 code for about 5 years now hence some of the above limits may have been overcome a long time ago. Regards Jeremy |
