#58254 - RE: Throughput Responding to: ???'s previous message |
My library functions are using up more time and hence there is a problem with the actual time taken by the real time tasks. So I want to measure the throughput for my library functions, which thems selves have a call depth. Now I want to improve throughput analysis of my libraries which are just basic library functions.
Hence I want to automate the calculation of throughput analysis of my library functions as well as the main task functions which are in C language. Is it a good way to write the library functions in asembly language, compared to C language. How far today's compilers are doing the optimizations. Do we need to write them in our own assembly or compiler takes care of this phase? |
