#58355 - 5.0V to 3.6V Logic |
I thinking of using an 5V 8051 5V that talks to both 5V and 3.6V parts. The 5V and 3.6V part don;t share the same pin I/O
My 5V parts include: SN74ls245, SN74LS373, LCD display, My 3.6V logic is a serial flash and mpeg encoder ST M25PE80 VLSI 1002 What are some of the best and cheapest ways to perform this task. I was thinking about connecting the cathode of diode to 3.6V and the anode to the I/O pin that is required to be 3.6 CMOS. Any other solutions? |
