Are your 3.6V parts "5V-tolerant?"
If so, you may not need to do anything at all - apart from verifying the logic levels from the datasheets! The problem with "5V-tolerant" is noise immunity. I would not have a problem with 5V-tolerant 3.3 to 5 direct in an environment where electrical noise is "absent" but in an industrial setting I would be wary and use level converters. Erik |
