aqui vc encontra o AT89S8252
http://www.asm51.eng.br vc consegue descarregar o código na flash dele através da serial (ISP). além do mais possui EEPROM interna para dados de usuário. tem tb o AT89C51RC2... de uma passadinha no forum! http://www.asm51.eng.br/forum/ |
