Kai, you make me feel stupid. I agree, I did not do a search. But the rest what you state is very clear to me.
These questions will arise from a customer who puts the stuff in airplanes. So I look for arguments such as "10years are worst case at max ambient temperature, with every 10°C less, the statistical probability doubles the data retention and thus the life time": that would make me happy :) Werner |
