ATMEL will confirm, that their FLASH technology is the same in all devices
I doubt it, the trend is towards smaller geometries and simpler flash cells. This lead to better pricing (horray). Just visualize what the price of the $12 Hallmark singing and moving snowmen would have been 10 years ago. Erik |
