#59002 - Clamping diodes on 8051 input? |
A PIC-controller has clamping diodes on input lines, protecting the input. I've been looking at various data-sheets for 8051 parts but have not seen any reference to clamping diodes. Am I correct in stating that most (if not all) 8051 microcontrolers do not have these clamping diodes?
