but there should not be too much of confusion in case of corrections, as there can be a small flag/icon/counter that indicates a post is corrected.

I have seen this on other sites "edited by Joe Blow" is usually included and every time I wonder what was changed.

Another aspect is that you may have to edit your response after the question was edited and eventually the whole thing becomes a mess.

I have several times wished for the ability to remove/edit one of my posts but am still against the feature for the above reasons.
