Got me beat how you would measure distance using this circuit? How does the 8052 know when the pulse has been sent? Methinks get rid of the 100hz 555 timer and use the 8052 to generate the 100hz - at least it will know when the pulse was sent and it can measure the time difference between the send and the receive pulses. How does it do pulse discrimination? |
