 		 #60129 - Problem about external memory
Hi All,

I am a new beginner on EE. Now, I need to do a lan card for my Final year project. I think that i need to add a external ram for the 8051( cypress EZ2 with USB2.0) to save up the whole packet.

I encounter a problem because I don\'t know how to choose a external ram.

Would anyone give me a help on how to start first, what flash/ram i should buy or give some hints?
