I've already given up on the idea to find a board that exaxtly meet my needs. I think I will just make a small PCB with all the GPIO and UARTs available, and buy all the other stuff as modules. Especially the USB I think will have to be an RS232-to-USB kind of thing. The moe I think about it, I won't have time to do it on a lower level than that.
