Yes sure ..... well the circit suggested by Kai are enough for me to work on using OpAmps...

Michael ..... i think i do not need to control the telephone line..... if message is being played on the speaker then it does not metter that the sound is also going to telephone DAA IC.. as it is always ON Hook. so it does not metter whether the message goes to DAA voice input pin. message will only go to DAA when i have make a phone call.. at that time i need to stop message going to speaker.
