I just bought myself a 8032HF by Philips and was wondering about the connections to the board. The only instructions i got with the board were in fragmented German, and doesn't translate in common dictionaries online.

My intent with this machine is to get it to the point where it's interface is much like the motarolla HC12 evaluation board that had a simple serial connection, power supply, and all the various ports clearly mapped out (A/D. D/A, PWM etc).

The bugger with this whole scenario is that the board has a vacuum florescent display that requires a 30V supply. Hooking this connection to the wrong wire could mean i get that familiar soldering smell that we all love.
