Which method are better, in the view of time they take, 2's complement or a flag that say us that the recieved number are negative?
What is the color of the moon?, well that depends on the density of the atmosphere.
So, how large are the numbers, are they binary, bcd or ascii how many numbers, how often, why is it critical to save transmitting a byte?
