I want to recieve from the user (with Matlab) coefficients as value (no ascii). Each of the coefficients are 2 bytes for now.
I want to program a filter so I need to save the information received, and do mathematical operations with them. Until now, I only do to positive numbers (coefficient) and want to expand to negative numbers.
So wich method are better, in point of time and space (2's complement?)?
