The Philips data handbook IC20 is the Bible of all 8051 gurus. You can order it from Philips web directly or from your local Philips sales office. On section 2 page 49 you found the point "External RAM" and on the following page "Lookup Tables". The page numbers related to my copy from 1998. Peter |
