There hardly any difference between them!..
Except to say that the PCA is more powerful , and the Infineon Capcom6 equipped are more so....

You still have to set up the SFR's , the load the PWM values in!..

Some of the later PIC18 chips have dual PWM ,but if you want to make an 3ph inverter you still have to create the third phase by software...

For Inverters ,the best solution is either the Infineon Capcom6 equipped chips or some of the new Motorola chips that have a similarly equipped..
