I'm curious as to the relevance of both my browser make / model and "kind of network"; given as my experience, with no variance in either of these factors, is that the site has exhibited one manner of performance typically, and another more recently, I'd think them to factor out.

From my examination of the tracert reports it appeared that the problem area is proximal to the site, and thus may be within his realm of control/influence. Granted, this examination is from a position of some ignorance, e.g. of what the individual columns mean, whether the rows are per-hop or cumulative, etc.; however, the appearance of relatively large numbers on a small number of rows seems to imply their significance to the matter.

Whether or not he chooses to take action is entirely up to him; I have no expectations at all in the matter, and am simply intending corroberation (sp?) and reportage.
