The last Samsung R/C I looked at was closer to the NEC code - but there are variations on that theme. Dunfield had a quick and nasty program to read in the pulses and output the data to the PC via the serial port. Raghu's suggestion is also a good one - Elektor had many articles on the protocols used and may have some downloadable code. Worst case expect to do a bit of research - I've been there,done that many years ago!!
