Rebukes:

I'm of the opinion that rebukes are scarey. :)

We don't serve much purpose if we scare off those seeking assistance.

If someone asks a recurring question its better to either direct them to the SEARCH feature or stand aside and let someone else answering it. Maybe even the person to which it was last explained.

Everyone that gets involved brings the opportunity to add something new. Sometimes the second time you answer a question, you figure out how to explain it better (don't look to my postings for examples of that scenario :)

While I think Steves html work will be a positive addition, I'd still like to suggest we go easy on rebukes. It might also be easier to write a new index into Peter's homepage of all answers.
