I have the datasheets for both of them, it seems that they have no difference(in fact one datasheet has more information than another). Is the CY7C68013 is the update version of AN2131?

Also, I wantto know anyone has a basic circuit diagram for my reference because I need to finish all my project at the end of January, I don't have much time to try and error now. Thank you very much.
