Sounds very suspicious! I dare say your method of construction may be the cause. If using wire-wrap, solder all your power rails with tinned copper wire (say from CAT5 cable or a little thicker). My method of construction is using heat strippable 32awg wire for the interconnects and the abovementioned tinned copper wire for the power. I have built similar designs with no problems. |
