Even if Michael's response regarding Keil's baud rate calculator wasn't read, if the datasheet WAS read the formula for calculating the baud rate would be found.

Granted, most of the time the formula is entered assuming you already have the timer settings and want to know the baud rate that results, when usually your needs are the reverse of that. But that's fixed with a little arithmetic.
