No it doesn't.
That's your RS232 transceiver chip - it has NO UARTs whatsoever!

There are only two port pins left for debugging purpose.. A little bit pain on the neck.

I hope you have learned a valuable lesson here: you need to consider how you will debug your system before you have used up all the available resources!
